Our waste clearance includes a reasonable amount of labour as standard - for most collections, we can load everything quickly and efficiently. In rare cases where parking is difficult or access is restricted, the job may take longer than expected. If any additional labour charges apply, we’ll always discuss this with you clearly and honestly upon arrival, before any work begins.
Please note that the customer will need to pay for parking or provide a suitable parking space. Parking isn’t usually an issue when we are loading, but it may be a consideration if your location is on a red route or at a very busy junction. If this may be an issue or you’re unsure, give us a call and we’d be happy to discuss the best solution with you.
